After a long flight of stairs, the house, fresh and modern in style, is distributed on a ground floor with a very comfortable layout. Inside, we are welcomed by its spacious living room, connected to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with incredible views. The rooms are distributed in 2 areas. Next to the dining room, a double bedroom with a comfortable en-suite bathroom. From the living room, after a couple of steps, are the other 3 rooms. Two of them with single beds and sharing a separate bathroom, and on the other hand, the large double room, with a Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. All rooms enjoy air conditioning. Outside, the terrace offers two spaces: the outdoor dining room and a chill-out area with sofas. Both areas protected from the sun by awnings with remote control. To complete the experience, Villa Alba has a large terrace with a pool and furniture for sunbathing. Also a complete built-in barbecue to enjoy the best grilled cuisine. A perfect house to enjoy a unique Mediterranean experience.
All the rooms in this villa with sea views in Menorca have air conditioning and are spacious and comfortable. The house also has a flat-screen satellite TV, a free safe and Wi-Fi. On the ground floor and from the living room there is direct access to the outdoor terrace, made up of two areas. The first area, equipped with comfortable furniture and prepared for summer lunches and dinners, also includes a barbecue, as well as being equipped with awnings and having safety gates for the little ones. The second area, where the pool is located, is spacious and from it you can enjoy a pleasant landscape and beautiful views of the sea, it is equipped with outdoor furniture and also has a bathroom with shower. Due to its privileged location, you can easily walk to the beach since the distance is only about 500 meters and the access is flat.
