Spectacular luxury villa for rent in Menorca, Villa Marisa is a wonderful summer house, recently built with a modern design, which exudes well-being, style Mediterranean and with spectacular views of Son Bou beach. It has three levels, its access to the main floor is distributed in a beautiful living-dining room with an open kitchen and a separate pantry, connected in turn to the outdoor terrace and a practical summer dining room, covered with awnings to have good shade and enjoy pleasant al fresco meals. On the same floor, there are two double rooms with single beds, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and also with direct access to the terrace, and the other, a little smaller and with a separate bathroom located in the corridor.
All rooms have built-in TV, hair dryer, A.A. independent, as well as a security safe in each of the main rooms. The third floor is located in the pool area, where apart from having a fabulous terrace equipped with hammocks, umbrellas, and a separate bathroom. It also has another room with single beds with an en-suite bathroom that offers multiple uses, since it can serve as a guest room, for service personnel or a baby sitter, as a children's playroom since it is equipped with a play- station.
