What is included in the price?
The price includes VAT and is for property, not per person.
The delivery of the house clean and prepared for your arrival, including bath towels and bedding.
Emergency reception and assistance service 24 hours a day.
Cleaning services during the stay: a review and change of towels every 4 days and a general cleaning and change of sheets every 8 days.
All supplies, care and maintenance of the properties, including swimming pool, garden and any technical incident.
For reservations of more than 7 nights, a welcome pack with basic products.
Can I modify the reservation once confirmed?
Certain modifications are possible, but it is important to contact the Reservations Department, who will determine the possibility of applying those changes and if these imply additional expenses.
Are the houses equipped with sheets and towels?
The house will be delivered clean and prepared upon arrival, including towels and bedding.
Cleaning and change of towels every 4 days and change of sheets weekly, also includes any repair and maintenance in general of the property.
Is there TV in the apartments?
All apartments and villas have TV. Check the section, equipment, of each apartment to know everything you have.
Is there a reception?
There is a reception at your disposal, where you will find a close and personalized treatment, we will be happy to attend your requests and inform you of everything that is of your interest.
It is normally open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., although please note that the schedule may vary depending on the summer season in which they arrive. For your peace of mind and our best planning, please inform us of your arrival time in advance and we will wait to give you the keys and welcome them, arrive at the time they arrive.
We also have an emergency service 24 hrs.
Are pets accepted?
Pets of any kind are not accepted.
Is there WiFi in the apartments?
Yes, there is wifi in all the villas and apartments.
Is it possible to park near the apartments?
Around each apartment area there are free parking areas that are not private.
What happens if I want to cancel the reservation?
Once the reservation is confirmed, it can be canceled, subject to the following charges:
– With more than 60 days before the arrival date: return of the deposit. No fees.
– Between 59 and 45 days before arrival date: loss of deposit.
– Between 44 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the reservation.
– Between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date: 75% of the reservation.
– Less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100% of the reservation.
How does the damage policy work?
Although the property is not yours, we trust that you treat her with the same affection and respect.
If you cause any damage or break something, please inform us to assess if we can assume it or you have to pay for the expenses.
If my flight arrives later than 10pm, will there be someone waiting at the reception?
Our check in time is at 16:00 hrs maximum and check out time at 10.00 hrs, although we will try to reduce the waiting time and do everything possible to have the house ready when you arrive.
We appreciate taking into account that depending on the characteristics of the house and occupation on the required dates, our maintenance and cleaning team will need more or less time for the delivery of keys.

In case of having a problem with the rented property, with whom should I contact?
The reception is open every day of the week from 9:00 p.m. at 10:00 p.m. for any emergency or problem that may arise in your rented property, from a light bulb that has melted until you need clean towels. You can go there or call the contact number that will be given in the Check in. For emergencies outside reception hours, you can request our emergency telephone number at reception.
